Return Policy

We are happy to refund any full price items. The returned item(s) MUST be received within 14 days of the delivery date or date of in-store purchase; with Return Approval (see below).

All items returned must be unwashed, unworn and have their original tags.
All items purchased as a SALE item, or with a PROMO code discounting the regular price are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are NOT included in refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable return method.
Any returns sent COD will be returned to sender.

LOCAL RETURNS MADE IN PERSON - Please make an appointment & bring your item with RA#.


Follow these return steps:

Print off your original purchase receipt and write in the RA# provided.
Send in your return item and printed receipt with RA#.
Your credit will be issued within 2 days of receiving your package.

Defective Merchandise

If an item is received damaged or defective 'influence boutique' needs to be notified within 3 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Notification past the 3 day return window will not be eligible for a refund. Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit past the three day notification policy. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
